Pepperoni Pizzadillas
Delicious pizzadillas filled with pepperoni and mozzarella cheese, served with marinara sauce.

shredded mozzarella cheese

sliced pepperoni

marinara sauce
1/2

Italian seasoning

garlic powder

fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil.
Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella evenly over the tortilla.
Layer half of the sliced pepperoni on top of the cheese, and drizzle 1/4 cup of marinara sauce evenly over the pepperoni.
Sprinkle a pinch of Italian seasoning and garlic powder over the sauce, then top with the remaining mozzarella cheese and a second tortilla.
Cook for about 3-4 minutes, or until the bottom tortilla is golden brown and the cheese begins to melt.
Carefully flip the pizzadilla using a large spatula and cook for another 3-4 minutes, until the other side is golden and crispy.
Remove the pizzadilla from the skillet and let it cool for a minute before cutting it into wedges with a pizza cutter.
Serve the pizzadilla warm with additional marinara sauce for dipping and garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired.
