1 lb fresh broccoli florets

3 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Zest of 1 lemon

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions
 

Begin by washing the broccoli florets thoroughly and drying them with a kitchen towel. This helps achieve maximum crispiness.

    In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, red pepper flakes (if using), garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

      Add the broccoli florets to the bowl and toss them until they are evenly coated with the garlic mixture.

        Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3-5 minutes.

          Place the seasoned broccoli florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer, allowing some space between them for air circulation.

            Cook the broccoli in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking. The broccoli should turn crispy and golden.

              Once cooked, remove the broccoli from the air fryer and toss it with the lemon zest and grated Parmesan cheese, if using.

                Serve immediately while hot, and enjoy the delightful crispy texture and rich garlic flavor!
