2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup cooked quinoa

1 cup broccoli florets, steamed

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

½ cup cream cheese, softened

½ cup Greek yogurt

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon olive oil

¼ cup green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cooked quinoa, steamed broccoli, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese.

      In a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper until smooth.

        Pour the cream cheese mixture over the chicken and quinoa combination, then mix well to ensure everything is evenly coated.

          Grease a baking dish with olive oil, then pour the chicken mixture into the dish and spread it evenly.

            Top with the remaining shredded cheddar cheese.

              Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

                Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes before garnishing with chopped green onions.
